【feature】
* Special color ink cartridge for ALPS MD printers.

* White ink. It is a rich white color. You can print white characters and white markings. It is often used in designs that include white. Opaque pigment ink.

* Other inks are easy to print on the Special Color White MDC-SCWH, so the Special Color White is also used as a base print for other inks. However, the Special Color White MDC-SCWH is difficult to print on other inks. In addition, the Based White MDC-OPWH with the same whiteness as the Special Color White MDC-SCWH has the opposite properties. Based White MDC-OPWH is designed to easily stick on top of other inks, but other inks do not stick on top of Based White.

* Taking advantage of the above characteristics, the Special Color White is also used as a base print for other inks. At color printing using Elephant Rocket spot color ink or ALPS CMYK ink, if the Special Color White is used as the base color, the influence of the color of the object to which the decal is attached can be suppressed and the target print color can be expressed.
In addition, Special Color White has excellent fixability to various media (decal paper, MD viewcal, paper, film, etc.), while other various inks have excellent fixability to Special Color White, so base printing with Special Color White can improve the fixability of the ink layered on it to the media. For example, if the print result is uneven when printed directly without base printing, it can be improved by base printing with Special Color White.

* Please use it widely for models, figures, decorations, nail art, helmets, bicycles, motorcycles, automobile decorations, markings and names on fishing rods and floats.

[How to use]
1. In the print property, check [Use Spot color] --> [Use Spot color] and select [Single Ink] and [White] to print. Text data and image files are printed in grayscale using the Special Color White. It is printed at 600dpi.

2. In the print property, check [Use Spot color] --> [Use Spot color] and select [White(Undercoat)] to print. All non-100% white pixels in text data and image files are printed in 100% white. It is printed at 600dpi.

3. Prints at 1200dpi as black. The printing method is the same as the method of printing the Elephant Rocket spot color ink as black at 1200dpi. Please refer to the following Orange page. When printing as black, it is necessary to change the barcode to the one for black ink (No.0, 5 mm x 10 mm aluminum foil can be used instead). If the printer has an Elephant Switch, you do not need to replace the barcode.

To make it easier to understand the whiteness of the Special Color White and the effect of the base white printing, the Special Color White MDC-SCWH and the spot color Orange ZK-MDC-ORMR are printed on the MD viewcal black VC881-MDA4.
The first of the top three lines and the No.1 of the bottom three lines are printed only by the Special Color White. The numbers at the beginning of the 2nd and 3rd lines are also printed only by the Special Color White.

Even if the background is a dark color like this, the Orange color can be expressed firmly by base printing with the special color white.



To make it easier to understand the whiteness of the Special Color White and the effect of the base white printing, the Special Color White MDC-SCWH and the spot color Aqua ZK-MDC-AAMR are printed on the MD viewcal black VC881-MDA4.

Even if the background is a dark color like this, the Aqua color can be expressed firmly by base printing with the special color white.



Printed on MD Viewcal Black VC881-MDA4 so that the difference in whiteness between Pastel White ZK-MDC-PWMR and Special Color White can be easily understood. The top 5 lines are printed once by the Pastel White ZK-MDC-PWMR. The bottom three lines are printed by Special Color White first, the second line from the bottom is pastel white once on top of the Special Color White, and the bottom row is pastel white twice.


This is an enlarged photograph of the lower three lines above. All three lines are printed by Special Color White first, the second line from the bottom is pastel white on top of Special Color White once, and the bottom row is pastel white on top of Special Color White twice. By layering pastel white, the whiteness is slightly increased.
