[The term of repairing & maintenance of ALPS MD printers]
We Elephant's Rocket Inc. will continue repairing & maintenance service of ALPS MD printers until at least the end of 2030.
In 2030, we will study if we should expand this term.

ALPS MD-1000, ALPS MD-1300, ALPS MD-1500, ALPS MD-5000, ALPS MD-5500
OKI DP-5000

[Restriction]
Printers are restricted as follows.
Printers should be following 1 or 2.
1. Your purchased printers refurbished by us Elephant's Rocket Inc..
2. Printers that you request us to be refurbished (repairing & maintenance) by June 2018.
Please note that we cannot provide the repairing & maintenance service of ALPS MD printers after June 2018 except above restricted printers.
