Notice regarding price increases for products and services

Thank you for your continued support. This is Hase from the Elephant's Rocket Technology Center.

We are offering the following services to domestic and international users who wish to continue using MD printers.

・Continued sales of various existing ink cassettes
・Development and sales of new color ink cassettes to meet your needs
・Development and sales of various sheets such as clear decal sheets that are optimal for MD printers
・Repair and maintenance of MD printers
・Sale of MD printers that have been repaired and maintained
・Development and free provision of 64-bit Windows compatible software
・Free support for handling MD printers

We will continue to provide these support services as we have done up until now. We also plan to continue developing new products.

However, due to the recent rapid rise in prices, we are no longer able to absorb the increased costs of parts, materials, processing, labor, shipping, etc. through our own efforts.

We are truly sorry and distressed to announce that from June 1, 2025, we will be raising prices of supplies such as ink cassettes and sheets, printers, repair and maintenance fees, shipping fees, and more by an average of 18%.
